KMGG is a registered foreign domestic helper agency in accordance with the “Hong Kong Employment Ordinance”, “Employment Agency Regulations” and “Regulations on Agency Licenses Issued by Consul Generals of Countries”. We take pride in our company by providing professional domestic helper services (either local or overseas – mainly Indonesia, Philippines ………) to our clients. All candidates have to go through strict selection process.
Our specialists will conduct regular on-site visits to local training centers in different countries to ensure all candidates are up to KMGG’s high standards. Trainings include communications, etiquette, integrity, housework and home safety etc. We also enhance specialized trainings for taking care of elderly, young kids and infants. All candidates are trained to own morality, intelligence, physical, socially, diligence, loyalty to cater for customer needs.
Through carefully listening to your existing and future needs, our professional consultants will customize the selection criteria for the candidate to ensure the selected candidate is meeting and going beyond your expectations.
Our agency services cover foreign domestic helpers from various countries, include newly recruit, direct hiring, contract renewal, transfer and short-term extension. We have invested substantially to enhance the technologies of our website and automation. Our customers could select their preferred candidates and schedule video meeting using our innovative IT platform at the ease. We will closely follow up every application and ensure the timely and safely arrival of domestic helper to report duty.
Our specialists could provide instant English, Indonesian, Filipino and Cantonese translations. We are committed to assisting domestic helpers, bridging both domestic helpers and employers actively and patiently so as to understand each other better.
